As General Manager, she oversees day-to-day operations and ensures every Owners Corporation receives not just great service, but standout support that exceeds expectations.

Outside of work, Jade is Mum to her delightful and spirited young daughter. On weekends, you’ll often find Jade and her husband out exploring with their daughter, packing her early years with fun, adventure, and a healthy dose of curiosity.

John Botha

Director

John is the driving force behind Highrise Strata, bringing over 17 years of experience in Strata Management and more than a decade of success in operating and growing strata businesses. A strong advocate for transparency, accountability, and proactive management, John leads the team with a results-driven, all-inclusive approach. He is passionate about delivering consistent, high-quality service that clients can rely on.

Ivan Guo

Strata Manager (Team 3)

With over eight years of experience in the strata industry, Ivan brings a well-rounded and practical approach to managing a diverse range of Owners Corporation portfolio – including large-scale, mixed-use, and multi-OC developments. His background in building management and caretaking provides valuable hands-on knowledge of onsite operations, asset maintenance, and the high standards required to ensure properties run efficiently.

Outside of work, Ivan enjoys travel and photography, with a particular interest in exploring food and coffee culture. He maintains an active lifestyle through regular participation in racket sports.

Hakima Nawrozi

Associate Strata Manager (Team 3)

Hakima brings a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, making her an invaluable member of the Highrise team. She has a natural talent for streamlining processes and improving operations, perfectly complementing her manager, Ivan, in managing a complex Owners Corporation portfolio with confidence and care.

In her spare time, Hakima enjoys reading, going for walks, and experimenting in the kitchen. A social and adventurous spirit, she loves meeting new people and exploring new places whenever she gets the chance.

Sophia Giuliano

Associate Strata Manager (Team 2)

Sophia has been an integral part of the Highrise team since day one and has firmly established herself as the gold standard in Associate Manager responsibilities. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to due diligence, she plays a vital role in supporting Manager Miranda and ensuring seamless service delivery across their portfolio.

A natural mentor, Sophia plays a key role in training and supporting new staff, helping build a capable, confident team that consistently exceeds expectations.

Outside of work, Sophia enjoys spending quality time with her large, close-knit family and making thoughtful improvements to her newly purchased first home.

In recognition of her outstanding contribution, she was awarded Support Team Member of the Year at the 2023 SCA (Vic) Pilar Awards for Excellence.

Miranda Koroknai

Strata Manager (Team 2)

With over five years of experience in the strata industry, Miranda is a dedicated and highly skilled manager known for delivering consistently outstanding service and guiding clients through the complexities of Strata. Never shying away from a challenge, Miranda has a proven track record of transforming Owners Corporations with unique and often complex issues into well-functioning, collaborative communities. communities.

Sophia Giuliano

Associate Strata Manager

Previously working in administration, assisting in office communication, data collation, meeting preparation, record keeping, collaboration and liaison with clients and tradespeople.

Sophia is responsible for the co – management and administration of the Owners Corporations within her portfolio.

Emily Rodriguez

Associate Strata Manager (Team 1)

After two years as the Resident Relations Manager at one of Highrise Strata’s prestigious Owners Corporations, Emily has made a seamless transition into Strata Management, bringing with her a wealth of onsite experience, a passion for resident services and a commitment to building strong, well-supported communities.

Emily approaches her role with enthusiasm, a strong commitment to learning the complexities of Strata, and a focus on delivering exceptional service. Emily works closely with her manager, Chub, providing valuable support to their portfolio.

Originally from Colombia, Emily moved to Australia three years ago and now spends her weekends exploring Melbourne’s vibrant culture and hidden gems with her partner, and dancing at any opportunity she gets.

Chub Paizs

Strata Manager (Team 1)

With over six years of experience in Strata Management, Chub offers a broad and practical understanding of the industry. His diverse portfolio includes everything from newly constructed buildings facing significant defects to century old properties in need of significant capital works, across both residential and commercial sectors. Chub has built a strong reputation as a trusted Strata Manager, known for his approachable style and deep knowledge of strata issues. He is committed to delivering effective solutions, and genuine support to every Owners Corporation he works with.

Outside of work, Chub enjoys spending time outdoors, playing musical instruments and exploring Melbourne’s vibrant local music and food scenes.

Siew (Leena) Lee

Finance Administration

Leena oversees the finance and accounting functions at Highrise Strata Management, managing quarterly and year-end reviews of Owners Corporation financial statements, co-ordinating external audits, and ensuring compliance with tax requirements. With a strong background in trust accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and administrative support, Leena brings a well-rounded expertise that keeps our financial operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Known for her precision, reliability, and collaborative approach, Leena plays a key role in supporting both our internal team and our clients.

In her spare time, Leena enjoys travelling, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and spending relaxing weekends with her family.

Laura Milewczyk

Administration

With extensive experience in Reception and Retail Management, Laura supports the team with exception administration & organisational skills.

Likely to be the first, friendly, helpful and efficient voice you hear when phoning the office, Laura is able to ensure clients obtain the right information in a timely manner from the correct department.

Dellaney Edmonds

Senior Accounts Manager

As Senior Accounts Manager, Dell oversees all accounts payable and receivable across our portfolio of Owners Corporations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in every transaction. With a strong background in accounts and administration, she brings a broad and valuable skill set to the team, providing reliable support internally and exceptional customer service to our clients.

Outside of work, Dell cherishes time with her family and loves travelling to New Zealand whenever she can to reconnect with their extended families.

Strata Manager (Team 4)

With over five years of experience in Facilities Management prior to transitioning into Strata, Uddhav brings a comprehensive understanding of building operations and onsite functionality. His expertise is further complemented by a strong foundation in financial management and compliance. In his current position, Uddhav plays a key role in the day-to-day management of his portfolio, including navigating complex matters such as building notices, contractor engagement, and operational challenges. His hands-on approach, attention to detail, and analytical thinking make him a valuable asset to both his clients and the broader team.
